Account details such as your name, phone number, email address, and exhibitor or visitor role.

Expo and company details you add while setting up or using ExpoTrack.

Lead and visitor information you capture or upload, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, company names, notes, qualification details, QR profile details, and scanned business card text.

Content you choose to create in the app, such as voice notes, transcriptions, logos, and stall or journal photos.

Technical data needed to operate the service, such as push notification tokens, app session details, and offline sync state.

To create and secure user accounts with OTP login.

To capture, store, organize, and sync expo leads and visitor activity.

To enable camera scanning, OCR extraction, voice-note capture, and follow-up workflows.

To send optional app notifications such as follow-up reminders.

To maintain service reliability, troubleshoot issues, and support customer requests.

Camera: used only when you scan business cards or QR codes.

Microphone and speech recognition: used only when you record and transcribe voice notes.

Photo library: used when you attach photos or save your stall QR assets to your device.

Notifications: used to send follow-up reminders and related product alerts you enable.

ExpoTrack stores account and app data using hosted backend infrastructure and storage providers needed to operate authentication, syncing, file uploads, and notifications.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not use ExpoTrack user data for third-party advertising.

We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect users, customers, or the service.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period after deletion requests are processed.

You can choose not to grant optional permissions, but some features may not work without them.

You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your data, subject to legal and contractual requirements.

Email techknowkraftsolutions@gmail.com with your registered email or phone number, your role, and whether you want only your account deleted or your account plus workspace data deleted.

We will review and process deletion requests subject to legal, security, and contractual requirements.

ExpoTrack is intended for business and event use and is not directed to children under 13.
